Quality First Construction began in 2012, but owner Francisco Olivera got his start building homes in 2003 when he built an addition to his own house. From there, he partnered with two friends for 3 years, honing his craft, before embarking on his own.

Over the years, Francisco has developed a keen sense of contemporary style, priding himself on his robust craftsmanship. While his current style highlights his extensive capabilities, he doesn’t limit himself and enjoys building homes of any style - as long as his clients are satisfied.

Having built homes throughout the Tri-Cities region, he is familiar with properties with wells and septics, which doesn’t scare him off. He is currently building in Southridge, where he continues to enjoy the building process and being able to work with a variety of different subcontractors.
